Confirm Order

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and your shipping and billing information.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, your item can be shipped. You can check the estimated delivery time on the product details page. Although we work hard to ensure that your order can be shipped as quickly as possible, after receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Costs and Estimates

We ship orders to all 50 states except Puerto Rico, U.S. Protectorate/Territory, and APO/FPO addresses.

Our products are shipped from our store locations via DHL/FedEx or USPS unless otherwise stated as drop shipping. Shipping methods available in our store include:

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that can be used to check the status. Please allow 4-7 days to provide tracking information.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will process it.

Custom Tax or Duty

Typically, Standard Shipping customers do not pay any additional duties or taxes. However, sometimes customers have to pay customs duties on their purchases. If duties or taxes are charged, please keep proof of payment and contact our customer service by contacting us.

Can orders be shipped to multiple addresses?

We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
